I also liked the ways that you suggested about sources of getting useful information about customers. I would like to add one more source to what you mentioned before, which I think is really important and is, for the most of the times, for free. This source is the internet and social media networks. Through the internet you can gather information about customer&#039;s main needs in a certain industry and the trends of this industry. And through social networks, you can engage in a very friendly conversation with your customers, know their needs and how to meet these needs. Through Facebook, twitter, etc. you can figure out what people are saying about your company and what they are expecting from your company to provide them. I think this source is really important and its roles and benefits are increasing day by day.</description>
